As a team, flip over one card at a time and perform necessary reps until completion of the deck. The next card can be flipped only when all team members have finished the prescribed movement/rep count.
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Sit Ups
Spades = Push Ups
Clubs = Air Squats
Number value will be equivalent to rep count.
Face cards are worth 10 reps. Aces are worth 1.
Jokers will be a 400m Run.
