Group CrossFit Classes are 60 minute duration. Within 60 minutes the class is led through a warm up, skill or strength focus, and the WOD. The WOD is comprised of functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts are programmed to vary from 6 minutes to 30 minutes.
This program is designed to motivate youth and teach fitness to be fun through a variety of modalities to include gymnastic, strength, cardio respiratory, balance, and stability. Kids ages 7-12yrs have a dynamic warm up, skill focus, WOD and game in this 30 minute class to foster community and friendship during fitness. Teens ages 12-18yrs have developed an encouraging and unifying environment they thrive in. Their 60 minute classes include the modalities of the Kids Class while adding focus on barbell work to include Olympic Weightlifting. These Teens leave it all on the mats coming ready to work and push each other in a healthy environment.
Macro tracking is a sustainable approach to nutrition. Tracking Macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) allows you to enjoy your favorite foods by budgeting them into your macros for the day to hit your goals. At CrossFit Huachuca you work. You work Hard. It is important to know how to fuel your body to achieve your goals and have the energy to keep working hard each time you show up!
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches.
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
